TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras, March 21. -- Gen. Lara, a veteran of the Nicaraguan revolution, and Gen. Palma, both of whom commanded divisions of the Honduran Government troops in the recent rising in this country, were killed in a riot at Comayaguela, a suburb of Tegucigalpa, on Sunday.
