MARTINEZ -- Marcella A., O.D. (Jamaica), 64, died peacefully July 11, 2004. Survived by her brother John A. and sister-in-law Melanie R. Martinez of Atlanta; her nephew John, his wife Tara, children Gabriel & James; her niece Alexandra, and Leroy. Memorial Mass was held at St. Thomas More Church, on Saturday, July 17, 2004. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of New York.
