LEAD: John B. Poole, a lawyer and broadcasting executive, died Friday at his winter home in Miami Beach, Fla., after a long illness. He was 76 years old. Mr. Poole was a graduate of the University of Chicago and of the Detroit College of Law. He lived in suburban Detroit for more than 50 years.
