Obbie is survived by his beloved wife, Lois; sons Killian O. Webb and Garrett Webb; brother Richard Webb; 2 granddaughters and sixteen nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on June 1, 2002 at 2 P.M. at Noble Horizons, Salisbury, CT.
