A memorial service will be held at St Peter's Episcopal Church in Weston, MA on November 16, at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Hugh H. Young II Memorial Fund, Dept. of Urology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA 02114, or to a charity of your choice.
